SHIPPING

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-6 business days following placement. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment.

For TRACKED SHIPPING, your order is insured and comes with a tracking number, detailed in the shipping confirmation email. Should you have inquiries, feel free to contact us.

PICK UP FROM OUR MONTREAL STUDIO

Enjoy complimentary studio pickup for your orders at L.L.Y. ATELIER, conveniently located in Montreal's Mile-Ex at 7080 Alexandra, Suite 309, Montreal, QC H2S 3J5.

Upon order readiness, you'll be notified via email within 1-5 days for processing. We offer two flexible pickup options:

  • Walk-ins Welcome Thursdays: Visit us without an appointment every Thursday from 12-7 PM. Drop by at your convenience during these hours.

  • Appointment-Based Pickups: For personalized service on other weekdays, please schedule an appointment. We're available Monday to Friday, offering a flexible schedule during both daytime and evenings, subject to availability.
